English international Harry Kane is coming to his team, Tottenham Hotspur, to continue his good start in the English Premier League.
Kane scored two goals that led Tottenham to a 2-0 victory over its host Nottingham Forest, today, Sunday, in the fourth stage of the prestigious competition.
The balance of Tottenham, who kept his record unbeaten for the fourth match in the competition, rose to 10 points, advancing to third place in the competition’s standings, while Nottingham’s balance, returning to the English Premier League after a long absence, stopped at 4 points in the fourteenth place.
Kane scored the first goal for Tottenham early in the fifth minute, before missing a penalty kick for the London team in the 56th minute, but he quickly managed to compensate for his missed kick, after adding the second goal for the visitors in the 81st minute.
With the two goals, Kane raised his scoring tally in the tournament this season to 4 goals, to occupy the second place in the scorers list, along with Brazilian Rodrygo and Serbian Aleksandar Mitrovic, players of Leeds United and Fulham, respectively, two goals behind the Norwegian Erling Haaland (the leader), Manchester City striker.
