Polish star Robert Lewandowski, Barcelona's latest signing, outperformed his Gabonese colleague Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Lewandowski scored the first goal for the Blaugrana against Valladolid, today, Sunday, at the Spotify Camp Nou, in the matches of the third round of La Liga.
According to the network "Opta" for statistics, the former Bayern Munich star has become the oldest player, scoring 3 goals in the first 3 matches he plays in La Liga, during the 21st century, at the age of "34 years and 7 days".
Lewandowski surpassed the previous record, which was set in the name of his current teammate, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, last season (32 years and 247 days).
And this is before the Polish star added the third goal of Barca, in the net against Valladolid, in the 65th minute.
