One of the Paris Saint-Germain strikers approached playing the Turkish league by wearing the Galatasaray team shirt, this season (2022-2023).
According to the French newspaper, L'Equipe, Mauro Icardi, the Paris Saint-Germain striker, is close to leaving the Parisian team and joining the ranks of Galatasaray.
She added that the Turkish team made an offer to Paris, to contract Icardi for a season on loan, noting that the Argentine striker had already given his consent to the offer.
And she added that Galatasaray must now negotiate with Paris officials, and discuss the final details of the deal in order to complete his inclusion during the current season.
Icardi came out of the accounts of Christophe Galtier, coach of Paris Saint-Germain, especially with the presence of the trio Neymar da Silva, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi, which makes it difficult for Icardi to find an opportunity to play mainly.
