Eric Ten Hag earned the respect of his Manchester United players when he joined them for a grueling workout under the hot sun.
Tin Hag helped unite the "Red Devils" camp, and the response was great when the team beat Liverpool 2-1 on Monday.
According to the newspaper, "The Sun", Ten Hag canceled a day off for players, after the 4-0 loss to Brentford on August 13.
She added that the coach took his players to the Carrington training center in the sweltering heat, and instructed them to complete a 13.8 km run, which was exceeded by the Brentford players the day before.
While many players were initially angry at the penalty, they were shocked to learn that the coach was going to run with them.
Ten Hag also showed that no one receives any special treatment, when he excluded four players from the starting lineup against Liverpool, including Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo.
And "The Sun", that Ten Hag told Maguire, that he is no longer the first choice for United in defense, and handed the armband to Bruno Fernandes.
The Dutchman had told the 29-year-old Maguire before the match that there is a rotation between players in central defense during the season, and his place cannot be guaranteed every week anymore.
