How to make a lottery

 All participating teams will be divided into 8 groups, with each group containing only 4 teams.

 The first level witnesses the presence of the holder of the championship title and winner of the European League title, in addition to the champions of the first 6 European leagues in the UEFA classification.

 There are some limitations in the lottery, most notably the inability of two teams from one country to fall into one group.
